'Fall is Free' returns to the Peralta Community College District
The Peralta Community College District is breaking barriers in education. The Fall is Free program is back again for the second year in a row, offering free tuition to any student who completes the FAFSA application. The program covers textbook costs and the college's student health fees. Students will also get free bus passes, free lunch on campus, weekly produce boxes and Chromebooks they can check out at the library. The Peralta Community College District includes Berkeley City College, Laney College, Merritt College and College of Alameda. This program is available at all four campuses.
