Chef prepares ribeye steak and grilled corn salsa ahead of Labor Day weekend

Labor Day weekend is a week from now, so we brought in Chef Darryl Bell to show us how to prepare the perfect ribeye steak, along with a grilled corn salsa. Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 3 oz. parsley 3 oz. cilantro 1.5 oz. garlic, chopped 2 cups extra virgin olive oil Salt- to taste Fresh lime juice, to taste 1 oz Fresno chili, diced 5 oz charred jalapeno pepper, diced 3 ears corn Method: Grill corn and cut kernels off the cob. Set aside. Char jalapenos, dice. Set aside. Blend herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt and lime juice in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour salsa into a bowl and add the diced chilis and corn and adjust seasoning.
