A judge has ordered that Sen. Dianne Feinstein handle her dispute with her late husband's estate in mediation. Feinstein, whose daughter has power of attorney, has claimed that her late husband's estate has failed to make required payments to her. A home in Stinson Beach that the estate owns is also going up for sale, according to reports.
