Women in the Workfoce 2023 report
According to new data by McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.Org, the number of women executives has risen from 17% to 28% since 2015. While the numbers are going up, the Women in the Workforce 2023 report shows there is still a long way to go when it comes to workforce gender equity. KTVU's Heather Holmes speaks with Alexis Krivkovich, McKinsey Senior Partner and Co-Author of the report about the findings.
