Pleasant Hill pilot to make 1st court appearance in Portland on attempted murder charges

The off-duty Pleasant Hill pilot charged with more than 80 counts of attempted murder is expected to be arraigned in court Tuesday after authorities said he tried to shut off the engines on a plane bound for San Francisco this weekend.
