Halloween in the Castro returns this weekend

This weekend San Francisco's Castro District is set to be filled with lots of people parading around in silly, surprising and spooky costumes. Halloween in the Castro is making a big return this year, with some special events planned. KTVU's Heather Holmes speaks with Sister Roma of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and Terry Bennett, President of the Castro Merchants Association about this weekend's festivities.
