Bay Area mayors partner with educational non-profits to address poverty
A group of Bay Area mayors and educational non-profits have launched a new effort to address poverty by supporting under-represented youth from preschool through college. KTVU's Alex Savidge speaks with Hayward Mayor Mark Salinas, who is helping spearhead the effort.
