SCOTUS hears arguments on gun ownership restrictions

Today the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments over a 30-year-old federal law that bans those placed under a domestic violence prevention order from owning guns. KTVU's Heather Holmes speaks with Jessica Levinson, Professor of Law at Loyola Marymount University about why the case is being challenged.
