SF neighborhoods revert back to pre-APEC conditions

When APEC ended, one of the big questions San Franciscans had was how the city would stay clean or if it could stay clean. KTVU went around the SoMa neighborhood to see how things were going, and some residents say it's already reverted back to how it was.
