GOP to hold fourth debate: what to expect

Wednesday marks the fourth debate for the GOP presidential candidacy. The stage will be less crowded since Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina since the last debate. Gov. Doug Burgum, who failed to qualify for the third GOP debate, did not qualify for the fourth debate and has suspended his campaign for president. Trump, the current GOP frontrunner, isn't expected to attend tonight's debate.
