New murder charge for suspect in OPD officer's slaying

The Alameda County District attorney is preparing to review the case against a number of suspects connected to a burglary and shooting that killed Oakland police officer Tuan Le. D.A. Pamela Price on Wednesday formally filed a murder charge against the suspected shooter.
