Literacy Training

Many schools nationwide, including here in California, aren't doing enough to train educators about how to teach literacy. The National Council on Teacher Quality released those findings. Mary Sandy, who is the executive director of the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing to talk about where California stands on the topic.
