1 dead, more than 20 injured in Kansas City shooting

Kansas City officials confirmed that a shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl parade left one person dead and 21 people injured. Among the victims were at least eight children, officials said during a news conference on Wednesday.
