Oakland mayor introduces new chief of police

Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao formally introduced Oakland's new police chief, Floyd Mitchell. Mitchell will lead the department that had been without a chief for more than a year. KTVU crime reporter Henry Lee is at the police department after speaking with the new chief and hearing his priorities.
