Oakland police involved in shooting, barrage of gunfire caught on camera

Oakland police say officers were involved in a shooting in West Oakland Wednesday night. A KTVU photographer who was responding to a police standoff captured gunfire on video. It is not clear who was doing the shooting. Police did not have more details to share.
