Black Honors College coming to Northern California university

Sacramento State is making history with the grand opening of the nation's first Black Honors College. It's a groundbreaking program, designed to boost Black graduation rates, enrollment and retention. Sac State President Luke Wood joined us on 'The Nine' for more insight.
