Michelin-Starred SF Chef Brandon Jew Partners with Alaska Airlines
Alaska Airlines has teamed up with award-winning San Francisco chef Brandon Jew to reimagine its first class menu. Brandon Jew is chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Mister Jiu's in Chinatown. He joined KTVU's Betty Yu on Mornings on 2 with a preview of his in-flight menu, which is now available on flights between SFO and JFK.
