Free concert and Oktoberfest breathe new life into San Francisco

A free concert and Oktoberfest in San Francisco drew large crowds to the city. Supporters say a new entertainment zone legislation which allows restaurants and bars to serve alcohol in a designated area for special events is giving businesses the boost they need for economic recovery.
