It's a Bay Area tradition that's helping to save lives. The National Kidney Foundation's 36th annual Authors Luncheon brings together diverse voices in literature to support education, advocacy and research for kidney care. Jaqueline Winspear, author of 'The Comfort of Ghosts', joined us on 'The Nine' ahead of the event Saturday.
