Supreme court upholds ban on Tiktok in the U.S.
The nation's highest court has upheld a ban on TikTok here in the United States. The supreme court unanimously upheld the federal law, which will begin Sunday unless it's sold by its China based parent company, ByteDance. ByteDance has given no indication it plans to sell. The justices said the risk to national security posed by its ties to China overcome concerns about limiting free speech.
