President Trump proposes tariffs on China, Mexico , & Canada
President Trump says he's planning to add 25% tariffs on goods from Canada and Mexico starting February 1st. He says he would also put an additional 10% tariff on Chinese products by the same date. Trump says he's adding these tariffs because these countries are allegedly allowing mass numbers into the United States. UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business Economics Professor Ann Harrison joined us on 'The Nine' to explain the impact.
