GOP lawmaker confronted for misgendering Rep. Sarah McBride

Rep. Keith Self, R-Texas, was confronted during a congressional hearing Tuesday by Rep. Bill Keating, D-Mass., for misgendering Rep. Sarah McBride, D-Del., and referring to her as "the representative from Delaware, Mr. McBride."
