Oakland's ex-mayor in court for federal bribery case
Former Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao was in court on Thursday in a federal bribery case against her. Thao was charged with bribery, mail fraud and wire fraud along with David and Andy Duong, as well as her romantic partner Andre Jones. In court, her defense team argued that U.S. Attorneys are taking too long during the discovery period.
