Teenagers are more sleep deprived than ever, and it's doing more harm than just making them groggy in class. According to the CDC, teens need up to 10 hours of sleep a night, but most are getting far less, averaging just 6. Dr. Rafael Pelayo, a sleep medicine specialist at Stanford, joined us on 'The Nine' to discuss the findings.
