Addressing menopause in the workplace

There's a gradual but growing acceptance of acknowledging and talking about menopause: the natural process that marks the end of a woman's reproductive years. While there are various podcasts and online articles, it's still considered a taboo topic in the workplace. Genentech is hoping to change that by rolling out a host of support to its employees to help them get through menopause without suffering personally or professionally.
