Carnaval SF kicks off this weekend in the city

Carnaval San Francisco is back this weekend in the city. The two day festival starts this Saturday in the Mission District. Rodrigo Duran, the executive director of Carnaval San Francisco joined us on The Nine to talk about this year's theme is Afro Mundo African Diaspora in the Americas.
