Questions loom as Colorado terror attack suspect went under the radar

The FBI says the suspect in the attack in Boulder, Colorado that injured at least 12 people has confessed to federal authorities. While he said he specifically wanted to target Zionists and planned the attack for more than a year, there are looming questions as to how his planned attack went under the radar.
