First FDA-approved at-home pap smear alternative now available for Californians

Starting Tuesday, women across California can now order the first-ever FDA-approved at-home alternative to a pap smear. San Francisco-based Teal Health created the tool, which it calls a quick, comfortable swab that it says could be a game-changer for catching cervical cancer early.
