SJPD Chief defends department in Trump rally debacle; 3 more arrests made

San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia defended his department addressing a group of Santa Clara County Republicans admist growing frustration surrounding the protests at last week's Donald Trump rally. Earlier today, police announced the arrests of three more people, all juveniles in connection to the violence.
