Suspect in killing of Oakland mother, son kills self in Stockton motel

A man suspected of killing a mother and son in Oakland on Saturday afternoon was tracked to a motel room in Stockton on Tuesday but killed himself while law enforcement officers were closing in on him, Oakland and Stockton police said on Wednesday.
