Prosecutors formally charge two Bay Area officers in sex scandal involving minor

Prosecutors on Friday formally filed charges against two Bay Area law enforcement officers caught up in an ongoing sex scandal involving a former minor who said she had sexual relations with police officers from several different agencies.
