Oakland officer pleads not guilty in sex-exploitation scandal

An Oakland police officer pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of improper conduct with a woman at the center of a Bay Area law enforcement sex exploitation scandal, just hours after officials announced that nine Richmond cops would face internal disciplinary action for their ties to the woman.
