Big Rig fire closes eastbound lanes of Richmond - San Rafael Bridge

Drivers are being advised to avoid the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge this morning after a big-rig wreck resulted in a fire that closed all eastbound lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
