6 months later, Reggina Jefferies' murder remains unsolved

It would have been her 17th birthday today, but Regginae Jefferies was fatally shot in downtown Oakland six months ago. Her murder remains unsolved, but her mother held a party and has successfully opened a new dance studio in her honor.
