Reviving discussions of a rail crossing for the Dumbarton Bridge

There?s a new push for a commuter rail crossing across the bay near the Dumbarton Bridge. This time it's backed by Menlo Park-based Facebook and SamTrans, which owns the old rail bridge, that runs parallel to the Dumbarton. Leigh Martinez reports
