Oakland fire dept. to interview construction crew regarding Edwards Fire
Oakland fire investigators said on Wednesday that they are looking into the possibility that the four-alarm grass fire near Merritt College was possibly started by construction activity. The superintendent of a nearby construction site along Skyview Drive will be interviewed later on Wednesday, according to Oakland Battalion Chief Melinda Drayton. Alex Savidge reports
