Steinle trial: closing arguments

The man who killed Kate Steinle carried a concealed gun to San Francisco's Pier 14 and sat watching tourists go by for more than 20 minutes before he deliberately fired in her direction, prosecutor Diana Garcia said this morning in the trial's closing arguments.
