Layoffs likely at Oakland schools in wake of $15M budget crisis

Oakland Unified School District Supt. Kyla Johnson-Trammel told KTVU that layoffs, vacancy freezes and a reduction in professional service contracts are likely in the wake of a $15M budget crisis.
