Driver in Bay Bridge toll booth fatality had prior meth conviction

Dan Berk was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and manslaughter after Si Si Han was killed at the Bay Bridge toll booth. He has a prior meth conviction. Leigh Martinez reports
