Altercation breaks out between officers and homeless man

A bit of chaos broke out in San Francisco Wednesday morning as officers were escorting a dignitary through city streets: Police officers were captured on video punching a homeless man who was resisting arrest and someone threw a bottle at a motorcycle officer.
