Victim gets taken for close to $3M in scam targeting Chinese community

Scammers are targeting the Chinese speaking population here in the Bay Area. The scammers are calling any phone in the Bay Area. You may have gotten a call yourself. One victim was taken for nearly $3 million in what authorities are calling the Chinese Embassy Phone Scam.
