Arrest made in Tenderloin car burglary caught on video

San Francisco Police Department announced the arrest of a serial car burglar suspect on Wednesday. This latest incident was captured in the Tenderloin on video and shows how the suspect used accomplices as a distraction. According to police, there are 85 car break ins a day on average.
