One year after homeless special, we checked in with Berkeley's mayor

It's been a year since our special, Bay Area Homelessness: Crisis or concern aired. We checked in with Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguin, who was part of that segment. He says the city has since opened its first homeless navigation center, which has permanently housed 11 people.
