Harley riding police sergeant was 'Oakland through and through'

A former police sergeant spent more than 30 years working for the people of Oakland. Along with his work Leonard Andre White spent his time giving back to the community. He also rode a Harley Davidson motorcycle and died on a ride outside Milwaukee. He was remembered at a ceremony on Tuesday.
