FEMA to issue 'Presidential Alert' to to mobile devices Wednesday morning

A nationwide test of a new Federal Emergency Management Agency 'Presidential Alert' will be sent to more than 200 million mobile phones Wednesday morning. It will sound like an Amber Alert or flood warning. The idea is that the government can alert us of a national catastrophe.
