Osaka cuts 'sister city' ties with San Francisco

You may have seen a billboard along the highway leading to the Bay Bridge. It refers to a controversial statue commemorating the plight of women who were used as sex slaves by Japanese soldiers, referred to as "comfort women" during World War II. Now, the mayor of Osaka is terminating their sister city relationship with San Francisco.
