Warning to stay off Ocean Beach in SF due to massive waves

The San Francisco Department of Emergency Management is so concerned about the size of the waves at Ocean Beach they are doing something it rarely does: warning people to stay off Ocean Beach...even the sand. KTVU's Rob Roth reports.
