SF Mayor Breed's 2019 priorities

At her first news conference of 2019 where nearly 100 street lights were lit in the Tenderloin, San Francisco Mayor London Breed said making neighborhoods safer was at the top of her list of priorities for the forthcoming year. Amber Lee reports.
