PG&E bankruptcy wouldn't affect service, but ratepayers concerned about hikes

PG&E says a bankruptcy filing will allow them to continue supplying electricity and gas to their customers, but there are concerns that bankruptcy could hurt ratepayers and victims of the wildfires. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
