San Francisco makes final Chinese New Year Parade preparations

Hundreds of thousands are expected in San Francisco Saturday evening for the annual Chinese New Year Parade. The colorful celebration is a major attraction and this year they don't expect rain. KTVU's Amber Lee reports.
